Human Resource Business Partner

Job Description

Leads and manages the people management related agenda at the internal client. The business partner shares the responsibility for the goals and targets delivery. Also identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees. Be a member of the management team of the internal client.

Responsibility

  • Initiate and constantly improve the quality of people and organizational development plans to make sure company visions and goals are in line with people capabilities and development programs in place.

  • Being responsible for Organization Development, Core competency and Functional competency management.

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

  • Analyzing, developing and managing succession plans, talent development and individual development plans.

  • Conducting training needs surveys, developing and managing training plans/training roadmaps aligned with the company direction on employee development plans.  

  • To be responsible for overall functions of HR Department, including activities in organizational Development as well as Learning and Development.


Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related disciplines.

  • More than 5 years of HR generalist / HRBP experience.

  • Strong knowledge in HR solution, HRD, and HRM.

  • Strong sense of responsibilities and able to perform multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines.

  • Well organized, good communication and interpersonal skills, attentive to details and a good team player.

  • Hands-on experience in Organization Development and/or leading Human Resources projects. 

  • Experience in software industry is an advantage.
